Summary

Principal Architect

Role Overview:
Seeking a Principal Architect to lead technology architecture for a large banking transformation initiative. This role will define the architecture vision, design enterprise solutions, and provide technical leadership across CRM, BPM platforms, AI solutions, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Define architecture strategy, standards, and target-state solutions.
Design scalable, secure enterprise CRM and BPM solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solution architecture.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Support AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI-assisted and Agentic AI solutions.

Required Skills:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture roles.
Hands-on experience designing CRM and BPM platforms.
2+ years experience architecting AI solutions including Agentic AI models.
Strong enterprise integration and solution architecture experience.
Ability to write/debug code and work hands-on with engineering teams.
Strong communication skills with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred:

Enterprise architecture framework experience.
Banking, payments, or financial services transformation experience.
