Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal IAM Architect / Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the enterprise IAM strategy and architecture. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft Active Directory, capable of driving enterprise-wide security initiatives and influencing executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the organization''s IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions, including identity governance, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
Provide technical and strategic leadership for Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
Partner with executive leadership, including the CTO, CIO, and CISO, to align IAM initiatives with business and security objectives.
Drive IAM modernization, governance, compliance, and best practices across the enterprise.
Mentor architecture and engineering teams while serving as the organization''s IAM subject matter expert.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
Strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and enterprise identity management.
Proven experience designing and leading enterprise IAM architecture.
Executive presence with experience presenting to and advising senior leadership (CTO/CIO/CISO level).
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar is a plus.
