Summary

Job Title: Lead Data Analyst (AWS)

Location: Malvern, PA & Charlotte, NC

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
Analyze large-scale datasets stored in AWS data platforms.
Design and develop dashboards and executive reports.
Define KPIs and business metrics across products.
Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, and forecasting.
Partner with data engineering teams to improve data quality.
Develop SQL queries and optimize analytical workloads.
Validate data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Mentor junior analysts and establish analytical best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, or related field.
10+ years in Data Analytics.
4+ years working with AWS analytics platforms.

Nice to Have

Financial Services or Wealth Management experience
Agile/Scrum
Machine Learning exposure
AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty
