Role Summary

Looking for a highly skilled Adobe Experience Cloud professional with deep expertise in Adobe Target, Personalization, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch/Data Collection, and Adobe Web SDK.

This role is a unique blend of Personalization Strategist and Adobe Technical Architect, responsible for identifying customer experience opportunities, developing innovative personalization strategies, and implementing end-to-end solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.

• Deep expertise in Adobe Target & Personalization.

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Deep expertise in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Deep expertise in Adobe Launch / Data Collection.

• Deep expertise in Adobe Web SDK.

• Strong understanding of Customer Journey Analytics, experimentation and A/B testing, audience management, profile-based personalization, Real-Time Customer Profile, identity services, and customer data activation.

• Experience designing and launching new personalization initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and innovation skills.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, digital analytics, and customer data platforms.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, marketing, product, analytics, and technology teams.
