Summary

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to join our dynamic, small team within a larger organization.

You will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences by developing and maintaining complex React-based applications.

As a key contributor, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
Experience with Redux for state management.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
