The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Strategy Manager to help identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative business models.
In this role, you will work closely with venture leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to assess opportunities, develop business cases, and support the creation of new ventures. You will help shape investment decisions by conducting research, analyzing markets, evaluating competitive landscapes, and developing strategic recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, evaluating growth opportunities, and helping bring new businesses to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze industries, technologies, startups, and business models to assess strategic fit and commercial potential.
• Build financial models, market-sizing analyses, investment cases, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and disruptive trends, including AI, SaaS, platform businesses, fintech, and other innovation-driven markets.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Support venture incubation efforts through workstreams such as growth strategy, pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape and launch new products, services, and businesses.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, growth strategy, venture development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, opportunity assessment, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including business case development and investment analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience evaluating startups, emerging technologies, or new business opportunities.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, platform business models, or other technology-driven markets.
• Experience supporting commercialization, pricing strategy, growth initiatives, or go-to-market planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary: $160-210,000
