Job Description:

Client is looking for Sys Admin with technical SAAS API Integration experience.

Strong emphasis on:

APIs / integrations
JSON schema understanding
SaaS platform architecture
Enterprise SSO / authentication flows
Ability to troubleshoot integration failures
Understanding downstream impact of application changes

This person will act as the technical owner from the client side:

Vet vendor solutions technically
Challenge vendors where needed
Guide the internal admin team
Help make the team more self-sufficient

Domain experience in(Not required its a plus):

iCertis / CLM OR
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) OR
Contract lifecycle management is highly preferred.

They specifically want someone who can:

Understand business workflows + UI
Map workflows to APIs/integrations
Discuss architecture confidently with vendors
Onsite presence is important because this person will lead and guide multiple teams.
