• Vast and recent experience as a technical lead and manager, with application support and/or operations experience.
• Strong technical depth and strategic-thinking ability.
• Strong programming knowledge, specifically Gosu, Java, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of industry issues and trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital enablement.
• Ability to lead both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work from the company s physical office location on a hybrid basis and travel, including some overnight travel.

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• Prior insurance industry experience.
• Experience supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Solid experience with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
