Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and integrate full-stack applications and AI-enabled solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop application components and supporting services, ensuring effective integration between user-facing applications, backend services, data, and AI capabilities.
- Analyze requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain applications and AI solutions while supporting documentation, performance improvements, and ongoing production readiness.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development, application development, AI/ML solution development, software integration, and enterprise application environments.

Technical Skills
|
Full-Stack Development, Software Development, AI/ML Development, Application Integration, Backend Development, Frontend Development, API Development, Data Processing, Software Testing, Cloud Application Development, Version Control, Troubleshooting

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience supporting financial technology and digital payments environments.
- Experience developing AI-enabled solutions supporting financial services, payments, commerce, or money-movement business processes.
- Experience building and integrating applications that support finance-focused business requirements and financial data workflows.
- Experience developing enterprise solutions that improve business processes, customer experiences, or operational capabilities within financial-services environments.
