About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic HR Business Partner to lead the People & Organization strategy for our client''s Corporate Functions, including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs.
This is a highly visible role requiring a senior HR leader who can operate with significant autonomy, serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, and independently drive people strategies that support business priorities. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing at all levels, and operating in a global, matrixed environment.
This is not a program delivery role—it is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to shape strategy, challenge thinking, and deliver meaningful organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the people strategy for assigned Corporate Functions, aligning business priorities with enterprise People & Organization objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, leadership, and change.
- Lead organizational design, operating model optimization, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Drive succession planning, talent development, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement strategies.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent, organizational development, total rewards, and other key areas.
- Translate global HR strategies and enterprise initiatives into practical solutions that support regional business needs.
- Leverage data and insights to influence decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives.
- Support transformation efforts, including evolving workforce models and AI-enabled ways of working.

- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting corporate or enabling functions in a complex, matrixed organization.

- Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and change management.
- Experience partnering across global teams and translating enterprise strategies into local execution.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions.
- Experience working within an HR model that leverages Centers of Excellence and shared services.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and forward-thinking approach.
- Experience in luxury, retail, consumer products, or similarly dynamic industries is preferred.
