Blue Yonder WMS Lead

Role: Blue Yonder WMS Work Location: Plano, TX 75024 Duration: Long term contract Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites. Serve as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS (2023.x), with deep understanding of end-to-end solution design and support. Act as the primary onshore contact for customer communication, escalations, and service governance. Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, root cause analysis, and major incide
