Technical Specialist
Introduction
We are HCLTech, a rapidly growing tech company with a global presence. We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining python applications, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, designing microservices architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate different technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain python applications to meet client requirements.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services.
- Design and develop microservices architecture to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in python, cloud, and microservices applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in python, cloud, and microservices to recommend improvements.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Proficient in Python programming language for application development.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Other Requirements
- Relevant certifications in Python, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Microservices technologies are a plus.
