Group Technical Architect

Introduction

We are HCLTech, a rapidly growing tech company with a global presence. We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining python applications, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, designing microservices architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate different technologies.

AI Product Strategy and Vision: The role involves Consulting on promoting Agentic AI with Domain(FS / RCPG / LSH, Manufturing / Tehcnology) specific knowledge on Process Automation with Business & IT team stakeholders on Google Cloud AI Tech Stack. It requires a strong agile product development mindset to allign with domain specific process to Identify Agenti AI Automation use Cases to address customer challenges and industry trends.

Product Development and Execution: Responsibilities include managing Product development roadmaps for qualified Agentic AI Use cases, functional requirmeent with AI Automaton initiatives (Proudct backlog) , Translating business needs into detailed Fucntional & Tecnical specifications to drive agile iterative delivery with Engineering and User teams to ensure timely, quality product releases.

Stakeholder Alignment and Go-to-Market: The position serves as the primary product expert collaborating across functions like engineering, UX, sales, and marketing. It involves engaging customers for feedback, supporting product launches and adoption, and monitoring key performance metrics to guide continuous improvement

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
