Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Rural Healthcare Recruitment & Retention to oversee the implementation and administration of a statewide healthcare workforce funding program. This role focuses on supporting rural healthcare facilities through recruitment and retention funding, grant administration, budget monitoring, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in program management, project management, grant administration, healthcare operations, public policy, or a related field.
Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, budgets, documentation, and reporting.
Knowledge of grant management, funding administration, financial monitoring, or compliance processes.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with government agencies, healthcare providers, public-sector programs, or nonprofit organizations.
Familiarity with grant management platforms, application review systems, reimbursement processes, and financial reporting.
Experience supporting healthcare workforce development, recruitment, retention, or rural healthcare initiatives.
