I have an immediate opening for Oracle PL/SQL Developer at Remote.
Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: REMOTE
Client: Fidelity Investments.
Investment Banking experience is mandatory.
Must-Have Skills:
-Core Oracle PL/SQL Engineering: Development of complex stored procedures, packages, database business logic, custom data types, and transactional data modeling.
Advanced SQL Analytics & Data Manipulation: Analytical and windowing functions, complex joins, aggregation pipelines, set operators, and subquery optimization.
Database Performance Tuning: Query optimization, reading execution plans, database diagnostics, PGA memory tuning, and partitioning strategies.
ETL, Batch & DevOps Integration: Informatica PowerCenter mapping development, Autosys batch job scheduling/recovery, and database ATDD automation with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Expertise writing Oracle SQL and PLSQL code, performing data analysis, data modelling, designing and implementation of data APIs and performance tuning.
- Expertise writing and maintaining batch jobs with technologies like ETL/Informatica and Autosys
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
- Experience following ATDD (acceptance test driven development) and writing automated tests for database code.
- Experience with cloud technologies is a bonus: Snowflake, S3
- Interest in writing clean, testable, readable, easily maintainable, and performant code.
