Role: Integration Architect
Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)
Day to Day Job Duties (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
· Define and govern the target-state enterprise integration architecture and strategy.
· Establish integration principles and patterns covering API-led, event-driven, messaging, EDI/B2B, batch and file-based integration.
· Design end-to-end integration across:
· SAP S/4HANA / GROW with SAP
· B2B platforms
· OMS
· POS
· B2C commerce
· PIM/PLM
· CRM and customer engagement platforms
· Data and analytics platforms
· Suppliers and procurement networks
· Logistics providers and 3PLs
· Contract manufacturers
· Payment, tax and rebate platforms
· Workforce/HCM applications
· Define the appropriate use of SAP BTP Integration Suite and other enterprise integration technologies.
· Establish API standards, reusable services, event models, canonical data structures and integration contracts.
· Drive simplification of the integration landscape and reduce unnecessary point-to-point interfaces.
· Define integration security, authentication, authorization, encryption and data-protection requirements.
· Own the enterprise interface inventory and application/integration dependency mapping.
· Establish standards for monitoring, observability, error handling and reconciliation.
· Ensure architecture supports scalability, resilience, performance, security and business continuity.
· Lead integration architecture and design reviews.
· Coordinate with enterprise, application, data, security and infrastructure architects.
· Provide integration architecture consulting and technical direction to integration consultants and development teams.
· Support integration testing, performance testing, cutover and production readiness.

Basic Qualifications (What are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each?)
· 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration, integration consulting, and solution architecture.
· Strong experience integrating ERP, commerce, OMS, POS, CRM, PIM/PLM, data platforms and external partner systems.
· Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, microservices, EDI/B2B and managed file transfer.
· Experience with one or more enterprise integration/iPaaS technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, Apigee or equivalent.
· Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP and non-SAP platforms strongly preferred.
· Strong understanding of API management, integration security and observability.
· Experience with cloud, SaaS and hybrid application landscapes.
· Experience with supplier, logistics, manufacturing and other external partner integrations.
· Strong architecture governance, stakeholder-management, consulting and technical-leadership capabilities.
