#Position Overview
Seeking a Network Platform Engineer / Technical Operations Specialist with 8 to 10 years of overall experience for a 6-month contract in Richfield, MN (Hybrid setup).
The role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, integrations, and health monitoring for enterprise platforms and Retail Media Networks (RMN).
The engineer will troubleshoot platform, API, and data-related issues, manage production incidents and root cause analysis (RCA), and lead release readiness, testing, and automation to streamline platform operations.
#Key Responsibilities
* Platform Operations & Support: Support day-to-day operations and health of RMN platforms, enterprise workflows, SaaS applications, and system integrations.
* Incident & SLA Management: Lead incident response, escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA/KPI operational management for production systems.
* Integration & API Troubleshooting: Partner with cross-functional Engineering, Product, and Marketing Operations teams to diagnose and resolve API, data flow, and platform-level issues.
* Release Governance & Operational Readiness: Oversee release execution, integration testing, post-launch stabilization, and continuous operational readiness.
* Automation & Documentation: Create operational runbooks, documentation, and automated monitoring/observability workflows to eliminate recurring platform issues.
#Required Qualifications
* Overall & Operational Experience: 8 to 10 years of overall technical experience, including 3+ years in platform engineering/technical operations and 5+ years managing production incidents, escalations, and root-cause analysis.
* Platform & Systems Integration: 2+ years of experience working with integrated platforms, APIs, SaaS applications, and enterprise workflows.
* Service Management & Tools: 2+ years utilizing enterprise ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow) and managing SLAs/KPIs.
* Preferred Experience: Operations exposure within Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, Salesforce, or advertising platforms; proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and logging/observability tools.
