Platform Engineer Platform/Network Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operations, reliability, and integrations of Retail Media Network (RMN) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in platform engineering, production support, incident management, API and integration troubleshooting, and enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of RMN platforms and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, API, and data-related issues.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing Operations, and vendors to resolve production incidents.
• Support releases, testing, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.
• Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and automation to reduce recurring issues.
• Manage production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• Support enterprise platforms, APIs, SaaS applications, and integrated workflows.
• Monitor and support service operations, including SLA and KPI management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, technical operations, or production support.
• 5+ years of experience managing production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• 2+ years of experience working with integrated platforms, APIs, SaaS applications, and enterprise workflows.
• 2+ years of experience using enterprise ticketing platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• 2+ years of experience supporting service operations, including SLA and KPI management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, reliability engineering, or support engineering.
• Experience supporting Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, Salesforce, or advertising platforms.
• Experience managing large, integrated platform environments and vendor relationships.
• Experience improving operations through automation and self-service capabilities.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APIs, integration troubleshooting, SQL, data analysis, observability, monitoring, and logging platforms.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Business Intelligence/Analytics tools.
