Position Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Finance Program Manager to lead a large-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C / QTC) transformation spanning deal structuring and pricing, CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT, with responsibility for driving cross-functional execution and improving the processes and systems that support the complete quote-to-cash lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be an outcome-oriented program leader who can move seamlessly between strategic transformation planning and detailed operational execution. This person will influence senior stakeholders, drive accountability across teams, manage program governance, and help establish repeatable Finance transformation methodologies and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Quote-to-Cash Transformation
- Own planning and execution of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation program.
- Define program scope across:
- Pricing / CPQ
- Deal Structuring
- Order Management
- Contract Management
- Billing
- Revenue Recognition
- Collections
- Define program deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Establish and track measurable outcomes such as:
- Quote cycle time
- Billing accuracy
- Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Process efficiency
- Revenue recognition accuracy
Program & Portfolio Management
- Drive rigorous cross-functional program execution from problem definition through implementation.
- Establish program plans, governance structures, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track deliverables and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Develop executive-level reporting, recommendations, presentations, and decision materials.
- Ensure transformation initiatives remain aligned with Finance and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead through influence across teams outside of direct reporting authority.
- Partner closely with:

- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior executives.
- Clearly communicate transformation priorities, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Facilitate executive meetings, working sessions, and program reviews.
Q2C Process Transformation
- Analyze current-state Quote-to-Cash processes and identify inefficiencies and control gaps.
- Help define the future-state Q2C operating model for Finance.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and operational improvement.
- Develop repeatable frameworks and methodologies for Finance transformation.
- Document and codify Q2C best practices across:
- Quoting
- Contracting
- Billing
- Revenue Recognition
- Collections
- Cash Application
Systems & Technology
- Support enterprise-scale Q2C system transformation initiatives.
- Partner with IT and system-integrator teams on enhancements to:
- CPQ platforms
- Contract management systems
- Order management platforms
- Billing systems
- Revenue recognition platforms
- Collections systems
- Work with technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
- Ensure technology solutions support future-state Finance processes and controls.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Support program resource planning and capacity management.
- Assist with program budget planning and tracking.
- Manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners.
- Coordinate external partners delivering CPQ, billing, revenue recognition, and related system enhancements.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality.
Organizational Capability Building
- Help build a repeatable Finance transformation capability.
- Identify and document successful Q2C methodologies, frameworks, and controls.
- Establish reusable playbooks and best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement across Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, portfolio management, project leadership, Finance transformation, Quote-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
- Alternatively, 6–8+ years of high-impact internal Q2C, Finance Transformation, or Revenue Operations experience within a leading global organization.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs from problem definition through implementation.
- Strong accountability for measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create compelling executive narratives, presentations, and storyboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights.
Quote-to-Cash Experience
Strong understanding of enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash processes, including:
- CPQ
- Deal structuring and pricing
- Contract management

- ASC 606 revenue recognition
Experience with enterprise platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Zuora
- Equivalent CPQ / billing / revenue management platforms

- Prior Adobe experience – highly preferred.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation organizations.
- Experience managing large Finance transformation programs.
- Experience working with global organizations and complex operating models.
- Experience with CPQ and revenue management transformation.
- Experience working with system integrators and third-party technology vendors.
- Strong understanding of Finance operating models and transformation methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS Quote-to-Cash environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
