Finance Program Manager (Salesforce CPQ)

Location: San Jose CA - Onsite

EXPERIENCE

Program/Portfolio Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience; alternatively, 6-8+ years in a high-impact internal Quote to Cash, finance transformation, or revenue operations role at a leading global company.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation – with clear accountability for business outcomes
Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence and to lead senior leaders through defined narratives/storyboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
Exposure to enterprise-scale Quote to Cash systems and processes – including CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and collections platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent). Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.
