Overview:
The Applications Development Lead Programmer Analyst is a senior technical role responsible for leading application development initiatives and driving design decisions across systems. This role provides hands-on leadership in building scalable Java and Angular solutions while guiding teams and influencing architecture and best practices.
Job Duties
Lead design and development of complex full-stack applications using Java and Angular
Own end-to-end delivery of application components, from design through deployment
Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Resolve high-impact technical challenges across systems and platforms
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance
Partner with stakeholders to define system enhancements and strategic solutions
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability of applications
Lead testing strategies, code reviews, and deployment processes
Identify risks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
