Lead IBM Maximo Technical Consultant to drive complex enterprise asset management modernization, migration, and infrastructure initiatives for a premier client in the Washington, D.C. area. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will serve as the primary technical authority leading end-to-end upgrades across IBM Maximo 7.5, 7.6, and IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9. You will bridge application and infrastructure domains by architecting robust integrations via the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), leading hypervisor transitions (VMware to Microsoft Hyper-V), coordinating Oracle database migrations, and establishing repeatable enterprise standards. Partnering closely with cross-functional development, cybersecurity, database, and infrastructure teams, you will tackle ambiguous requirements, troubleshoot multi-tier production issues, and execute reliable cutovers for mission-critical enterprise systems
