Title: UI-UX Designer
Location: Hybrid with 2 days onsite in Washington, DC
Position Summary
The UI/UX Developer designs and implements the user interfaces for the platform. You will translate research and designs into accessible, high-quality front-end experiences, partnering with designers and developers to meet federal usability and Section 508 standards.
Required Qualifications
- Front-end / UI development experience
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React or equivalent) and CSS
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG)
- Experience collaborating with designers and back-end teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal / USWDS experience
- Design-system experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted front-end tooling.
