Job Role: Field Service Technician
Location Irvine, CA ONSITE Role
Mandatory Skills : Install and set up CCTV / surveillance cameras & UPS Equipment
The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including UPS equipment, network switches, Install and set up surveillance cameras ,Printer Installation and troubleshooting and associated hardware components.
Onsite Deployment & Installation
Install and configure UPS equipment
Deploy and configure network switches, routers, and connectivity devices
Install and set up CCTV / surveillance cameras
Install Printer and Troubleshooting
Network Setup & Troubleshooting
Basic configuration of LAN/WAN networks
Setup IP addressing, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve network issues related to switches, cabling, and devices
Maintenance & Support
Perform preventive maintenance of hardware systems
Troubleshoot issues related to power, networking, and surveillance systems
Provide onsite and remote support for incidents and service requests
Surveillance System Management
Configure CCTV systems
Monitor system performance and resolve camera/network issues
Documentation
Maintain installation reports, network diagrams, and asset inventory
Prepare basic documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps
