JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications is a key professional that leads the company's SAP applications portfolio (programs and projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Utilize Project Management’s best practices and principle and software development methodologies to complete a variety of applications development, deployment and integration activities with our SAP ERP platform as well as other off-the-shelf packaged and cloud-based partner solutions.
· Manage and oversee assigned staff and vendor resources to develop and execute a variety of applications development, deployment and integration activities with our SAP ERP platform as well as other off-the-shelf packaged and cloud-based partner solutions.
· Obtain approval from project sponsor(s) and/or primary stakeholder(s) and develop project cost estimations, monitor progress and control the project scope, priorities, budget and schedule.
· Advise management on the most appropriate applications to support the business goals.
· Create an efficient work environment, conducive to teamwork and collaboration, and encourage good communication between employees and management.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Project Management Proficiency – (PMP or PMI-ACP certification a plus)
- Project planning software (Microsoft Project)
- Software development methodologies (Agile)
- Business Process Analysis Methodology
- Strong understanding of project management, application development and quality assurance testing lifecycles application development and 3rd party application implementations.
- SAP S4/Hana, and/or minimum ECC 6 with an emphasis on Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Management.
- Hybris/eCommerce Hana Enterprise Cloud (HEC) or on-premises edition
- First-level management experience with an applications development project and production support team.
- 24x7 on-call support management
- Demonstrated decision making and presentation skills
- Business process Re-engineering or Lean six-sigma experience
- Supervise: Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Critical thinker with Strong problem Solving/Analysis expertise
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution in computer science, mathematics, physics or equivalent. A minimum of seven (7) years of increasingly responsible information technology experience.
