Job Description:
This is a highly visible role responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing complex development projects, and leading offshore development resources while partnering with business and technology leaders across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges through scalable Salesforce solutions. This individual will play a key role in modernizing the Salesforce platform, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping shape the future architecture of the organization's CRM ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce initiatives and strategic projects.
- Manage and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities and other emerging platform features.
- Establish development best practices, code quality standards, and architectural governance.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the Salesforce team.
- Partner with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce projects within large enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Salesforce organizations with 4,000+ users.
- Previous leadership experience managing development teams or offshore resources.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein or related AI features) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
