RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Threat Intelligence Lead.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage an intelligence, risk, or analysis program, including strategy, priorities, processes, and continuous improvement
* Oversee a team of analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development
* Deliver actionable insights, reports, and presentations to business leaders and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk assessment, operational decision-making, and strategic initiatives
* Manage tools, vendors, and external information sources to support program objectives
* Establish and track program metrics to measure effectiveness and stakeholder value
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Relevant professional certifications are a plus
* 6+ years of experience in intelligence, security, risk management, operations, analytics, or a related field, including leadership experience
* Demonstrated experience leading teams, programs, or projects
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
* Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, technology, professional services, or other fast-paced operational environments preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
