Oracle Retail Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Oracle Retail Solution Architect in Irving, TX.

Duties:
* Lead solution design and implementation activities for retail and enterprise technology platforms
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions
* Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and architecture design
* Design and support integrations between business applications, ERP systems, and third-party platforms
* Define and review APIs, interfaces, data flows, and technical specifications
* Recommend best practice solutions while minimizing custom development where possible
* Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system and process challenges
* Support testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-launch activities
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architecture groups
* Mentor team members and promote adherence to architecture, security, performance, and development standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
* Typically, 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, business systems, or solution delivery roles
* Experience designing and implementing enterprise application solutions within retail, supply chain, merchandising, finance, or related business environments
* Experience with system integrations, APIs, web services, data exchange formats, and middleware platforms
* Experience with solution architecture, application design, and enterprise systems
* Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including operations, inventory, procurement, sales, and financial workflows
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead both functional and technical teams through project delivery and solution implementation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
