Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts during core business hours (typically late morning through early evening). Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Position OverviewWe are seeking customer-focused professionals to support live order operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing active orders, assisting customers and service providers, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage live orders and ensure service providers are assigned appropriately
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Process refunds, order cancellations, and account updates
- Follow established support workflows and escalation procedures
- Assist with onboarding, training, and account-related questions
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions
- Monitor active orders and troubleshoot issues impacting completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to support daily logistics operations
Required Qualifications- Previous call center, customer service, or support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and escalations
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Experience with data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications- Logistics, transportation, dispatch, or operations experience
- Technical support experience
- Experience supporting live operations or high-volume service environments

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
