Job Title: Metrics Business Analyst
Location: Mayport, Florida

Job Summary

We are seeking a Metrics Business Analyst to support business reporting, data analysis, performance metrics, and management briefings. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Microsoft Office skills, experience developing reporting solutions, and the ability to communicate analytical findings to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business metrics, analytical reports, and reporting suites.
Use SQL, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and Outlook to support reporting and business analysis.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to develop and enhance reporting solutions.
Prepare monthly Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and present findings to senior leadership.
Write monthly analytical narratives, summaries, and supporting documentation.
Translate operational data into actionable business insights.
Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
Coordinate reporting deliverables and ensure data quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Eight-plus years of experience using SQL, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Experience developing reporting solutions in collaboration with developers and subject matter experts.
Experience preparing presentations and communicating findings to senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
U.S. citizenship.
Active Secret security clearance required on the first day of work.

Training and Compliance Requirements

Complete nine hours of required annual training and submit certificates within five days.
Maintain required database credentials, identification, and access credentials.
Wear contractor identification at official events.
Complete required non-personal-services briefings and follow applicable contract compliance procedures.
