THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and support the design and delivery of solutions that drive measurable business value.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, communicates clearly across both business and technical audiences, and brings structured analytical rigor to ambiguous problems.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and JAD sessions.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.
• Partner with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage.
• Create and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and business process documentation.
• Prioritize and manage the product/requirements backlog in partnership with Product Owners.
• Support change management activities, including training materials and communication plans.
• Track project deliverables, risks, and issues, escalating as appropriate.

WHAT YOU BRING

6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise business and technology initiatives, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable requirements. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, together with experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

PREFERRED / ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platform implementations.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO).
• Experience with SQL and basic data querying.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Prior experience in a regulated or enterprise industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail).
