Title: Power Platform Developer

Location: Onsite 5 days a week downtown Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 3 month may extend

Must-Have Skills

Power Platform development.
Model-Driven Apps.
Dataverse architecture and design.
Power Automate.
Enterprise Power Platform governance.
ALM and deployment pipelines.
API integrations and connectors.

Dataverse Expectations

A major technical requirement is strong Dataverse expertise.

Desired skills include:

Dataverse schema design.
Relational data modeling.
Data normalization.
Designing enterprise-ready data structures.
Translating business requirements into scalable Dataverse solutions.

Must have tech skills:

Model driven apps
Data vs design
Power automate

Required Qualifications

Proven experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience building and supporting Model-Driven Apps.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and solution design principles.
Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and independently drive solution development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in environments where business users actively participate in solution ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale Power Platform environments with multiple production solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and related Power Platform technologies.
Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment.
Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
