Senior AI Developer – Agentic AI
Location: Jacksonville, FL – Hybrid
Duration: 6 months, with possible extensions

Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with strong Python and Agentic AI experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI agents. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangGraph, AgentCore, MCP, Python, and multi-agent architectures.
This role is ideal for someone who has built and deployed AI agents in production and understands how to develop secure AI solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, LangGraph, and AgentCore.
- Build and manage AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and agent orchestration.
- Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
- Develop scalable and secure Python-based AI applications.
- Implement secure coding practices and enterprise security standards.
- Ensure AI solutions meet SOC 2, HITRUST, CIS, and DISA STIG requirements where applicable.
- Implement audit logging, data security, and nonrepudiation controls.
- Work closely with Information Security, Database, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production.
- Stay current with AI security, vulnerabilities, and emerging Agentic AI technologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on LangGraph experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI Agents in production.
- 2+ years of experience with MCP servers and clients.
- 2+ years of experience with AgentCore or similar enterprise AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent architecture.
- Experience with enterprise databases, APIs, and data governance.
- Strong understanding of secure coding and application security.
- Experience with audit logging and data protection.
- Knowledge of SOC 2, HITRUST, CIS, and/or DISA STIG standards.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with RAG and vector databases.
- Experience with enterprise API gateways or service mesh technologies.
- Healthcare/insurance IT or HIPAA experience.
- AWS or Azure experience.
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CCSK.
- Open-source AI/ML contributions.
Candidate Requirements
- Local Jacksonville candidates preferred.
- Candidates open to relocation may also be considered.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment.
- First interview: Microsoft Teams.
- Second/final interview: Must be conducted onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
- Client will cover the round-trip flight and one night of hotel for the onsite interview. Other expenses such as rental car and meals are the candidate''s responsibility.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Python/AI Developer who has real-world experience building Agentic AI systems, particularly with LangGraph, MCP, and AgentCore, and can balance AI innovation with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.
