Job : Sr AI Developer (Agentic AI)
Location: Jacksonville, FL – Hybrid
Duration: 6-month contract, with extensions
Interview: 1st Round – MS Teams | 2nd Round – *In-Person in Jacksonville*

Must-Have Skills
* *5+ years Python development*
* *3+ years LangGraph*
* *3+ years Agentic AI / AI Agent development*
* *2+ years building and deploying AI Agents in production*
* *2+ years MCP (Model Context Protocol) – servers & clients*
* *2+ years AgentCore or equivalent AI orchestration framework*
* Multi-agent architecture and agent communication
* Python-based AI workflows and orchestration
* Secure coding and application security
* Enterprise databases and data governance
* AI Agent integration with enterprise applications

Security & Compliance
* SOC 2 / *HITRUST* or similar compliance experience
* Audit logging and nonrepudiation
* CIS / *DISA STIG* guidelines
* Healthcare or regulated environment experience
* Enterprise security standards and data protection

Responsibilities
* Design and develop production-grade *Agentic AI systems* using LangGraph and AgentCore.
* Build and maintain *MCP servers and clients*.
* Develop scalable Python applications and multi-agent workflows.
* Integrate AI agents with enterprise databases and applications.
* Implement security controls, audit trails and compliance requirements.
* Work with Information Security and Database teams.
* Deploy AI solutions in secure, regulated environments.
* Support architecture reviews and technology approval processes.
* Troubleshoot and maintain AI systems at approved versions.

Note : Important Candidate Requirement
*Jacksonville local candidates preferred, but relocation candidates can be considered. **Candidate MUST be able to attend the 2nd-round onsite interview in Jacksonville.* client will cover the round-trip flight and one hotel night; other expenses are candidate''s responsibility.
