A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an AI/ML Engineer.

Position Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Onsite in Jersey City, NJ

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered and agentic AI applications in production environments.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval techniques.
Develop, train, evaluate, monitor, and maintain machine learning models throughout the model lifecycle.
Establish AI governance practices including guardrails, tracing, model evaluations, monitoring, and retraining strategies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Implement scalable AI and ML solutions using cloud-native technologies and containerized environments.
Utilize Databricks, SageMaker, MLflow, and related MLOps tools for model development and lifecycle management.
Design and manage structured and unstructured data architectures using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong experience building production-grade LLM or Agentic AI applications.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience developing pricing, revenue management, demand forecasting, or elasticity models.

Pay Range*: Between $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
