Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is seeking an innovative AI/ML Engineer with 2-5 years of professional experience to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python, machine learning, deep learning, data processing, model development, and AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.

• Prepare, clean, and transform datasets for machine learning applications.

• Perform feature engineering and exploratory data analysis.

• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop machine learning pipelines for production environments.

• Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.

• Implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms.

• Develop APIs and services for integrating machine learning models into applications.

• Monitor model performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Document models, experiments, methodologies, and results.

• Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and techniques.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics.

• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Experience developing and evaluating predictive models.

• Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.

• Familiarity with Git and software development practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP.

• Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.

• Experience with MLflow or similar model lifecycle tools.

• Experience with REST APIs.

• Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks.
