Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Developer to join a team responsible for building and enhancing a modern, enterprise-scale digital platform. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep expertise in Sitecore, .NET development, and Headless CMS architectures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable web solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position requires strong hands-on technical abilities, architectural understanding, and the ability to mentor and support other developers.
Responsibilities
Sitecore Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications utilizing the Sitecore platform
- Build custom Sitecore modules, components, and integrations
- Configure and extend Sitecore features including content management, personalization, and digital experiences
- Support content delivery across modern headless architectures
Application Development
- Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies
- Design and implement integrations with external APIs, third-party applications, analytics platforms, and business systems
- Develop and maintain GraphQL-based solutions and integrations
- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning
Headless Architecture
- Work within a modern Headless CMS environment
- Support integration between Sitecore and modern frontend frameworks
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless communication between presentation and content layers
- Contribute to architecture and best practices supporting scalable, decoupled solutions
Quality & Delivery
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
- Troubleshoot, optimize, refactor, and improve existing codebases
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment processes
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and planning activities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical growth across the team
- Help drive technical standards and engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience developing solutions within the Sitecore platform
- Advanced proficiency with C# and .NET Framework
- Experience with Sitecore Headless development
- Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA)
- Experience with Sitecore Content Serialization
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and search technologies such as Solr
- Experience utilizing Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and refactoring skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as Next.js and React
- Experience with Sitecore cloud environments
- Experience designing or supporting large-scale enterprise content platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, or personalization integrations
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams
