Summary

Job Description :

Perform initial investigation, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Create and manage incidents based on monitoring alerts.
Escalate critical incidents to appropriate infrastructure/application teams.
Perform health checks and routine operational activities.
Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, network connectivity, and system availability.
Support batch jobs, scheduled activities, backups, and operational tasks.
Participate in incident bridges and major incident management.
Maintain shift handover documentation and operational logs.
Follow defined runbooks, SOPs, and escalation matrices.
Support 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call activities as required.
Prepare operational reports and KPI/SLA dashboards.

Required Skills

Experience in NOC, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Operations.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.
Experience with monitoring and event-management tools.
Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem-management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
