Position: Electromechanical Technical Support Technician
Location: Johns Creek, GA
Top 3 must-have skill sets:
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Electrical control circuits (24VDC–480VAC),
Instrumentation (pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, conductivity meters), VFDs
(Variable Frequency Drives),PLC-controlled systems (Siemens)
• Reading and interpreting P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), As-built drawings
• Familiarity for Maintenance and repair of Centrifugal and positive displacement
pumps, Agitators and mixers, Mechanical seals, packing, and bearings, Valves (ball, gate,
check, control, relief, emergency shutdown),Pressure vessels and storage tanks, Heat
exchangers and cooling systems.
Five (5) years of related experience with technical certification or seven (7) years of related
experience in a manufacturing environment if no technical certification; experience must
include manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair and trouble shooting. Experienced
in FDA regulations and safety practices.
Qualifications:
Associate shall have the appropriate education and experience to successfully perform the responsibilities/activities of this role.
