Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a CRM data migration initiative. This role involves moving CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics into an existing Salesforce environment. The focus is on managing the migration work, not on a full-scale Salesforce implementation, as the platform, engineering resources, and supporting technical teams are already established.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the CRM data migration effort from Dynamics to Salesforce.
- Manage all project phases, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Conduct stakeholder management and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Oversee project coordination and execution to ensure milestones are met.
- Work effectively with distributed teams operating across multiple time zones, primarily Eastern and Central.
- Uphold traditional project management discipline and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proven experience in traditional project management roles.
- Ability to support teams operating in Eastern and Central time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM migration projects, specifically from Dynamics to Salesforce.
- Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
- Experience within the healthcare payer industry.
