What your team does:The Data Migrations team at PracticePanther specializes in transitioning customer data from legacy systems into our platform. This involves tasks such as exporting, importing, processing, and cleansing data. Our work revolves around Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, playing a critical role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.

In this role, you will:- Understand data requirements of the clients and create migration plans
- Write scripts to perform data transformations and validations on imported data: Contacts, Financial Data, Matters/Cases, etc.
- Work with customers to troubleshoot and solve their issues
- Provide superb customer service throughout the data migration process
- Efficiently manage inbound migration queue and set the right expectation with stakeholders
- Enhance the overall migration process for successful implementation and operation
- Monitor, document, and report progress of the data migration plan at project level
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- 1+ year of programming/scripting experience, specifically with Python
- 1+ year of data transformation, data pipeline, data analytics
- Proficiency with relational database technology such as SQLServer, MySQL, or similar
- 2+ years experience and proficiency with Excel. You should be able to effectively use Excel's Functions and Formulas
- Experience working with Jira and Salesforce is a plus
