Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or relevant field of study preferred
Work Experiences: - 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS implementation and support experience
- Hands-on experience with the IBM Sterling Order Management platform
- Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM preferred
- Experience in integrating Order Management system with Commerce platforms and enterprise applications
Skills: - Sterling Order Management development and customization experience
- Sterling Web store experience customizing the store functionality
- Design and develop solutions using Agile SDLC process
- Collaborate with product teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results quickly and efficiently
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
- Proven ability to work independently with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in converting business requirements to technical solutions
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities and solution delivery
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, and JIRA
- Ability to work in an Onshore/Offshore model
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain OMS features, integrations, and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in development, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and propose design solutions.
- Participate in the Agile Scrum processes.
- Participate in software development activities to meet schedules and timelines.
- Work with internal teams, including Product, Project Management, Development, and Quality Assurance, to deliver a high-quality solution.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Duties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
- Regular in-office attendance is required.
