We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support business and technology initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, managing Agile project artifacts, and ensuring quality solution delivery.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools
- Experience creating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Strong understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities
- Experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes
- Experience developing product roadmaps
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and documentation techniques
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
