Job DescriptionAbout DTMB: The supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.
About the position: This position functions as a senior-level application developer for Lottery's .NET and related web technologies. This position is required to perform a complete range of information system analyst assignments including but not limited to architecture and design, development, testing, deployment and production support for Lottery's complex applications.
This position also serves as a technical lead and architect for the Lottery development team, providing technical direction, code review, mentoring and technical consulting to develop solutions that coincide with Lottery's business processes and strategic plan.

Position Location: This position is located in Lansing, MI. The State of Michigan is not able to offer employment to out of-state applicants that do not plan to relocate. The Department of Technology Management and Budget currently offers a hybrid work option which requires two days working on-site at the official work location and three days of remote work per week.

SIGNING BONUS:This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Up to $1,250 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees.

Vacation and Sick Leave: Eligible full-time employees receive between
15 and 35 personal days and

Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees can take
12 weeks of paid leave immediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.
