Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst 5 to join our team in Lansing, MI. In this role, you will partner with IT, development, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and automate testing strategies for enterprise systems.

Position Highlights

Location: Lansing, MI (Must reside within 1.5 hours of Lansing, MI).
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite: Monday & Tuesday).
Interview Process: In-Person in Lansing, MI (Required).

Key Technical Skills & Qualifications

QA & Systems Analysis: 7+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance and software testing.
Test Design & Execution: 5+ years writing and executing complex test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Defect Management: 5+ years tracking and managing bugs using Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Data & API Testing: Hands-on experience with SQL database queries, API testing, and integration validation.
Automation: Proficiency in building repeatable automated test banks and regression suits.

Position Requirements

Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Any major).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
