An entertainment organization on Long Island is seeking a new Media Ops Administrator to join their team in Nassau County, supporting media operations for broadcast and streaming workflows.
About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Create, assess, release, and track work orders for ad tier and related media projects
Monitor the status of incoming media and project deliverables from external vendors and internal teams
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain clear communication and timely execution
Support QC workflows by providing clarifications, reference materials, and supporting documentation
Liaise with closed captioning vendors to ensure files are ordered, received, and processed on time
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in broadcasting, media operations administration, or a related media network environment
Experience with broadcast scheduling or media acquisition
Advanced knowledge of asset management platforms, including Evertz Mediator, Media Pulse, Wide Orbit Program, and FileMaker
Advanced understanding of QC workflows, operational workflows, and billing or invoice requirements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
Desired Skills:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in broadcasting, English, or communications
Experience with media scheduling and high-volume project tracking
Familiarity with closed captioning coordination and FCC-related file support
Exposure to process improvement initiatives and team efficiency enhancements
