Position: Teamcenter Administrator
Location: Lisle, IL Onsite
Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract
Role Description:
- Hands-on experience supporting Teamcenter in a production environment.
- Experience with Teamcenter user support, workflows, access issues, and Teamcenter-NX integrations.
- Working knowledge of PLM and engineering application support processes.
- Experience in incident, service request, problem, and change management.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues and support testing and validation.
- Basic scripting, automation, or report development capability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Teamcenter, Teamcenter-NX integrations, workflows, and related engineering applications.
- Support hypercare and steady-state operations associated with the Teamcenter go-live and increased user volumes.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests and coordinate resolution across global teams.
- Test and validate fixes, updates, and minor enhancements.
- Perform minor administrative activities, configurations, scripting, and automation support.
- Develop and deliver operational reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to preventive actions.
- Coordinate with global IT, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation and provide peer training.

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication with business users and global technical teams.
- Ability to manage priorities during hypercare and high-ticket-volume periods.
- Customer-focused approach with disciplined documentation and knowledge sharing.
