Your New Role
Install complete residential HVAC replacement systems safely and efficiently
Perform full HVAC system change-outs while maintaining high-quality standards
Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining completed installations and system operation
Verify every installation using the company\'s quality control procedures to minimize callbacks
Protect customers\' homes by using floor protection and maintaining a clean work area
Maintain company vehicles in clean, professional condition
Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time
Train and mentor installation assistants to improve team efficiency
Follow all company safety procedures, team policies, and code of ethics
Meet production goals established by management

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
Experience installing residential HVAC systems and complete system replacements
Knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, refrigerant lines, airflow, and equipment commissioning
Ability to read installation specifications and complete required documentation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to safely lift 50 to 75 pounds and consistently lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, scaffolding, and in crawl spaces
Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working around electrical systems, sharp tools, and other jobsite hazards
Willingness to work overtime and extended shifts as business demands
