Your New Role

• Install complete residential HVAC replacement systems safely and efficiently

• Perform full HVAC system change-outs while maintaining high-quality standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining completed installations and system operation

• Verify every installation using the company\'s quality control procedures to minimize callbacks

• Protect customers\' homes by using floor protection and maintaining a clean work area

• Maintain company vehicles in clean, professional condition

• Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time

• Train and mentor installation assistants to improve team efficiency

• Follow all company safety procedures, team policies, and code of ethics

• Meet production goals established by management

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to work in a drug-free workplace

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems and complete system replacements

• Knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, refrigerant lines, airflow, and equipment commissioning

• Ability to read installation specifications and complete required documentation

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to safely lift 50 to 75 pounds and consistently lift at least 25 pounds

• Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, scaffolding, and in crawl spaces

• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools

• Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable working around electrical systems, sharp tools, and other jobsite hazards

• Willingness to work overtime and extended shifts as business demands
