We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Business Systems & Continuous Improvement. This role will be pivotal in leading our team towards achieving the highest levels of operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be a key player in implementing and managing ERP systems, driving continuous improvement and leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver superior business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Oversee the design and implementation of database architecture, utilizing Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure to maximize data efficiency and accessibility.
- Develop and implement robust data visualization strategies, utilizing tools such as PowerBI Dashboards and Synapse.
- Conduct margin analysis and manage analytics, utilizing Azure Data Lake and Azure DevOps to deliver actionable insights.
- Oversee the management and development of our Data Warehouse, ensuring optimal data warehousing practices.
- Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless and efficient transitions.
- Establish and enforce robust data governance practices, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop executive reporting and financial analytics, utilizing forecasting models to drive business decision-making.
- Oversee enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely information.
- Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring the effective use of DataOps and self-service analytics.
- Utilize Oracle and Oracle Cloud technologies to optimize business processes and data management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience with ERP implementation, continuous improvement initiatives, and database architecture.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Lake, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Big Data, Data Visualization, PowerBI Dashboards, Synapse, and margin analysis.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Cloud Migration, and Data Governance.
- Experience with executive reporting, financial analytics, forecasting models, and enterprise reporting.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence, digital transformation, DataOps, and self-service analytics.
- Experience with Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and SQL.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and creative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
